What's included?
This is a visit every day in for the first 7 days after baby is born with appointments usually lasting 2-3 hours and longer if required. At your appointments I can help you establish breastfeeding, get a good latch, offer advice & guidance and more. I am also here to help you with baby care and transitioning into parenthood while looking after you and your baby's health and wellbeing. I am also able to complete the NIPE (new-born pediatric exam) within 48 hours of birth and the NBBS (New-born blood spot) test on Day 5.
I am always available via telephone/text/email throughout your care for any questions or concerns you may have.
Add Intensive Breastfeeding To a Package of care from £550
You can add Intensive Breastfeeding Support to any homebirth, support in hospital or postnatal package of care for an additional £550. This package increases your visits in the first week of postnatal care from 4 visits to 7 visits. Appointments are also longer lasting 2-3 hours or longer if required.
