Extended Postnatal Care
Postnatal care for 6 or more weeks from £1900
Postnatal visits are usually on days 1, 2, 3, & 5 for the first week, 2 visits in the second week and then on a weekly basis. Appointments are in your own home lasting 1-2 hours each. I am also able to complete your postnatal appointments whilst you are still in hospital. At your appointments I am here to help you with feeding , baby care and transitioning into parenthood while looking after you and your baby's health and wellbeing. I am also able to complete the NIPE (new-born pediatric exam) within 48 hours of birth and the NBBS (New-born blood spot) test on Day 5. I can also help you arrange an appointment for a new-born hearing test. Pelvic flooring exercise guidance and advice is also a part of your postnatal care with me.
I am always available via telephone/text/email throughout your care for any questions or concerns you may have.
You may want to continue having weekly, bi-weekly or monthly check-ups and peace of mind knowing that your questions and worries are important and valued.

Care beyond the newborn stage
They say “It takes a village to raise a child” and from having two children myself I know how beneficial it can be to receive continued support beyond the newborn stage, as you grow into your role as parents.
I can offer practical advice on topics such as weaning, teething baby , returning to work and much more.
You may want to have weekly , bi-weekly or monthly sessions and peace of mind knowing that your questions and worries are important and valued. Whatever your family dynamic or circumstances I am flexile and here to support you.
