1:1 Antenatal & Birth Classes £250
Birth preparation discussion including positions during labour, risks & benefits and your options . A time for you and your family to ask any questions you may have and discuss what happens during labour & birth. Advice on keeping a healthy diet and exercises during pregnancy. Practical advice on what to pack in your hospital bag and how best to prepare for your baby's arrival. Any family members are more than welcome to join.
1:1 Postnatal Classes £250
1-2hr appointment. Newborn care such as bathing baby and caring for umbilical cord. Feeding advice, including bottle feeding or tips to help you establish breastfeeding
Intensive Breastfeeding Support Session £320
2.5-3hr appointment. Help you with establishing breastfeeding. Provide advice and guidance if you'd like to breastfeed but are struggling.
Matb1 Form or Fit-to-fly letter £180
Face-to-face appointment in your home at a time that is convenient for you.
Pre-pregnancy consultation £200
Answer ay questions you and your partner may have. Discuss your options for care during pregnancy & labor. Offer advice on improving your chances of getting pregnant and having a healthy pregnancy. Talk through any problems or concerns.
Birth debrief £250
An opportunity to discuss what happened during labour & birth go through your maternity notes and ask any questions you may have.
Group Sessions
